Namalsk is an arctic island, and its food should act like it. Food that spawns in the world now comes out frozen solid, with only a small chance (7.5% by default) of finding it thawed. Fruit, vegetables and mushrooms are covered too. Only items that can actually freeze are affected. Medical supplies such as tablets, vitamins, disinfectant and iodine are left alone, and drinks are not frozen by default. The result is simple: plan for a fire, or get used to waiting.
