EarPlugs

Blizzards, generators and gunfire get loud. Press N to put your earplugs in or take them out, and use + and - to adjust how much they muffle across ten levels. Volume fades smoothly instead of cutting out. A small HUD icon shows when earplugs are in and at what level, and it hides itself when menus are open. All three keys can be rebound under HypEarPlugs in your controls.
